Welcome to the GSMA's Asia Mobile Awards 2008, a unique platform recognising outstanding growth, innovation and leadership across Asia's mobile industry.

Our Asian awards are open to all players in the mobile eco-system that develop and serve Asia-wide mobile markets with compelling products, applications, services and content. Categories for these awards have been designed with an emphasis on mobile entertainment, including music, gaming and mobile advertising - some of the hottest topics in the mobile world today.

This year's awards features several new and exciting categories, reflecting hot topics and sectors in and around today's mobile business, such as Best Mobile Money Services, Best Mobile Internet Services and a Green Mobile Award category.

The Asia Mobile Awards are now open for entry and will close on the deadline of Tuesday 30th September 2008 (5pm Hong Kong time), when judging by our independent experts will begin.

The awards will culminate in a special presentation at the Mobile Asia Congress during 18-20th November 2008, at the Venetian Hotel in Macau. More details to be announced shortly...
