The 3rd Annual European E-Commerce Conference will take place on the 22nd November at the Stanhope Hotel in Brussels and will once again bring together key industry leaders and policy makers for an authoritative debate on the state of play and future directions for e-commerce, and will ask the question: How can the EU ensure a functioning single market for goods and digital services in Europe?

This year’s event will feature over 250 delegates and will include a morning, high-level plenary that will be followed by focused parallel sessions. These sessions will deal with specific areas such as IPR and copyright, consumer confidence online, internet safety, payments, data protection and delivery solutions for tomorrow's e-commerce. The sessions will enable smaller groups to discuss the issues at hand in a collegiate and constructive manner. The conclusions from these workshops will be presented at the end of the conference by the organisers.

This conference is organised by EDiMA (the European Digital Media Association) and EMOTA (the European Multi-Channel and Online Trade Association) in collaboration with Forum Europe.

Issues to be explored include:
- Intellectual property rights, liability & copyright - where does the regulatory balance lie?
- Consumer confidence online including online dispute resolution
- Delivery solutions for tomorrow's e-commerce - what new business models are emerging?
- Internet safety including data privacy, fraud prevention, and protection of minors.
...plus much more!

We look forward to welcoming you to the conference in November!
