Taiwan-listed BizLink Holding , a cables and connectors maker, said on ​Wednesday it agreed to buy Singapore-based Interplex ‌Datacom for an enterprise value of $850 million in cash, as it seeks to expand its data center connectivity ​and infrastructure business.
