The Statutes of the Federation of Hellenic Information and Communication Technology Enterprises (SEPE), in terms of its structure, is divided into the following parts:

This document constitutes the Statutes of the Federation, approved by decision no. 1329/1995 of the Multi‑Member Court of First Instance of Athens and registered under no. 19949 in the Register of Associations. It was subsequently amended by Resolutions 9/26‑6‑2000 and 11/26‑5‑2001 of the General Assembly, with the amendments approved by decision 8222/2001 of the Single‑Member Court of First Instance of Athens; amended again by Resolution 14/1‑7‑2002 of the General Assembly, approved by decision 6910/2002; amended again by a Resolution of 2‑6‑2007, approved by decision 7351/2007; amended again by a Resolution of 27‑6‑2009, approved by decision 701/2010; amended again by a Resolution of 28‑5‑2013, approved by order 211/2013 of the Justice of the Peace of Athens; amended again by a Resolution of 28‑5‑2015, approved by order 137/23‑06‑2016; amended again by a Resolution of 7‑7‑2020, approved by order 118/2021; and finally amended by the Resolution of 5‑7‑2023, , approved by order 502/2023 of the Justice of the Peace of Athens.
