Supercomputer maker Bull and Schwarz Digits, the technology arm of Lidl-owner Schwarz ​Group, signed a preliminary agreement on Tuesday ‌to jointly develop AI computing services that would operate entirely under European jurisdiction, a link-up of two ​companies with big AI bets.
