The U.S. state of ​Virginia is tightening ‌controls on data centers, with plans that ​include banning non-disclosure ​agreements for the projects, ⁠requiring stricter permitting ​and imposing clean energy ​mandates on the server warehouses, Governor Abigail Spanberger ​said on Friday.
