The U.S. National ​Highway Traffic Safety ‌Administration on Tuesday said Tesla ​must answer ​a series of questions ⁠by September ​30 on whether ​it properly self-certified its autonomous Cybercab ​robotaxi as ​part of the government's ‌investigation.
