Coinbase has settled a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the U.S. ​Securities and Exchange Commission over records it ‌sought from the agency, the cryptocurrency exchange's chief legal officer, Paul Grewal, said in a Wall Street Journal op-ed ​on Wednesday.
