The Dutch vehicle ​authority RDW ‌has notified the European ​Commission ​of its plan to ⁠seek ​European Union-wide ​approval for Tesla's Full-Self Driving ​system, Bernd ​van Nieuwenhoven, general ‌manager ⁠of type approvals at the ​regulator, ​told ⁠Reuters on Monday.
