Hormel Foods on ​Wednesday said it ‌will buy family-owned chicken company Brakebush ​Brothers in ​a deal valued ⁠at $1.06 billion, ​as the Skippy ​peanut butter maker looks to expand ​its presence ​in value-added chicken.
