Tesla is recalling 20,349 vehicles in the U.S. ​over low-beam headlights that may ‌be excessively bright, potentially reducing visibility for oncoming drivers ​and raising crash risk, ​the U.S. National Highway ⁠Traffic Safety Administration said ​on Tuesday.
