U.S. defence company Lockheed Martin and Germany's Rheinmetall signed a ​memorandum of understanding on Tuesday to ‌jointly produce ATACMS missiles in Germany, a move that would mark the first manufacture ​of the short-range ballistic missile ​outside the United States.
