Independent investment bank Moelis & Company and financial consultancy firm Journey Capital, ​advisers to creditors of sugar and ethanol producer ‌Raizen , received non-binding offers from private equity firm IG4 late on Monday to acquire credits and control of the ​company, according to three people familiar with ​the matter.
