Japan's Rohm , Toshiba ​and Mitsubishi Electric ‌will start talks to integrate ​their power ​semiconductor businesses that can ⁠form the ​world's second-biggest power ​chip group after Infineon , the Nikkei ​newspaper said ​on Thursday.
