Water solutions ​company Ecolab ‌said on Friday ​it ​has agreed ⁠to ​acquire CoolIT ​Systems, a liquid ​cooling ​technology provider for ‌AI ⁠data centers, from ​KKR ​for $4.75 ⁠billion in ​cash.
