Uber has reached an ​agreement to ‌acquire an additional 4.5% stake ​in rival ​Delivery Hero and ⁠will buy ​around 270 million ​euros ($318.1 million) of Delivery Hero shares ​at ​20 euros apiece from ‌the ⁠German multinational’s largest shareholder, Prosus , the Financial ​Times ​reported ⁠on Friday.
