The U.S. Customs ​and Border Protection ‌agency is preparing a ​system to ​process tariff refunds ⁠that will ​be ready ​for use in 45 days, a ​top ​agency official said in ‌a ⁠court filing with the Court of ​International ​Trade ⁠on Friday.
