Index provider FTSE Russell said on Wednesday that it is seeking market feedback on the potential introduction of a fast-entry IPO rule and minimum eligibility requirements for Russell U.S. Equity Indexes in anticipation of several large IPOs expected in 2026, including those of SpaceX, OpenAI and Anthropic.
