    The Impact You’ll Be Making

    Enterprise Applications Architect focuses on systems and applications used to ensure successful operation of the organization.   • The IT Business Analyst participates in the implementation phases of projects related to VLTs function, aiming to deliver quality deliverables while ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework and the responsible gaming practices. He/she acts as the technology partner of the business and liaises with technology service providers in order to streamline project activities and ensure projects’ objectives are met.

    Main responsibilities include:

    • Prepares project deliverables per implementation phase (project scope, requirements, functional specifications, test cases) under the VLTs Central Information System evolution stream
    • Acts as a central point of contact between business and technology in order to gather initiatives (business, technical and regulatory) for the evolution of the VLTs Central Information System
    • Monitors project plan, coordinates testing cycles and reports deviations and risks
    • Acts as Liaison with external partners and vendors in order to communicate project deliverables
    • Participates and supports in RFP processes and proposals evaluations for technology solutions to be delivered under the VLTs functions of the company
    • Supports the troubleshooting processes as 2nd/3rd level of VLT operations by identifying application errors and data discrepancies

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems Management fields. A Postgraduate Degree will also be preferable
    • 5+ years of experience in business or functional analysis gained from the Gaming, Banking, Retail or Telecom industries. Specific experience with Gaming machines (Slots and/or VLTs) and related technologies (e.g. Gaming monitoring and control systems) will be highly preferred
    • Previous experience in project implementation phases
    • Consulting experience (IT or Business), working with clients in the private sector
    • Knowledge/understanding of gaming industry standards (i.e. GSA standards) is a plus
    • Previous experience with G2S protocol will be considered as a strong plus

    The Tech Stack
