    For this role, we are looking for a Senior Sales Excellence manager to drive the Transformation in partnership with the Business as follows 

    STU organization : Transformation of Specialist and Technical Sales teams towards a core sales engine for the CEE Enterprise group:


    • Increase quality and effectiveness of business management resulting in higher predictability and overall productivity of the CEE Enterprise specialist and technical sales force

    • A minimum of a University/College Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or other equivalent discipline ;
    • At least 5 years of relative working experience in the IT market;
    • Experience architecting  solutions. Knowledge of scanning and OCR is an advantage;
    • Good knowledge of Java, SQL, HTML, TCP/IP networking;
    • Working experience on either Windows or Linux / Unix OS;
    • Customer-minded and results-oriented mentality;
    • Able to set and meet strict deadlines, to perform under pressure and deliver innovative results against highly;
    • Challenging targets;
    • Ability to work both independently and within multi-disciplined teams;
    • Very good communication and negotiation skills;
    • Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills;
    • Excellent use of English language (verbal & written);
    • Wiling to travel within Europe;
    • Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates).
