  • The Subsidiary Product Marketing Manager (PMM) is accountable for the subsidiary revenue, scorecard and market share for Microsoft Azure in the Subsidiary. The PMM is required to have a strong understanding of their product set, specifically at the 200-300 level, and a deep understanding of customer solutions and strategies. This role is seen as the voice of the products they represent within the subsidiary as well as the leader and the spokesperson for their product set. In addition, they must be able to articulate the local competitive landscape and develop local compete strategies and product differentiation by leveraging corporate and local research, partner insights and customer feedback. The PMM is responsible for leveraging customer needs, competitive knowledge and product expertise to drive the relevant business and marketing planning.

    The Product Marketing Manager understands, orchestrates, and influences customer campaigns and marketing activities, develops integrated marketing campaigns, and delivers product, solutions and customer campaign feedback to the business. An essential aspect of the role of the Product Marketing Manager is to align the content, timing and delivery of marketing messages and outreach to Microsoft’s customers and partners. The PMM must develop strong partnerships with the segment marketers, customer and partner segment stakeholders to lead and execute the fiscal year local priorities. All relevant marketing teams need to work together to create the most impactful marketing strategy and execution plan possible by customer segment, minimizing ad-hoc and unintegrated customer and partner outreach.       Plan and execute activity that promotes Azure Solution and feature releases; lead product launch activities/releases

  • The Enterprise Licensing Lead is a strategic sales role that works as part of the Microsoft CEE MCE EPG HQ team and is responsible for Large Deal Closing (Renewal and New Business). The Lead will be driving and owning the T-minus and T+ processes with the subsidiaries to ensure predictability, accuracy and upsell of renewals across in our Sunsidiary. The Enterprise Licensing Lead is also the Licensing Sales Specialist Community lead in CEE MCE and is responsible to upscale capabilities and increase the sales proficiency level of the CEE MCE licensing community.

    Job Description

    As an IT Engineer, the candidate will investigate, deliver restorations and produce solutions in the BSS (Billing, Charging, Mediation) area for Ericsson customers.

    The role is part of customer team and work in customer premises or remotely for the customer wherever possible. The administrator installs, configures, setup the required customer products/systems and their relative sizing and optimization.

    The IT Engineer tester tests the customer systems duties (both overall and/or per individual modules/components) and identifies all anomalies respect of system specification and makes a first diagnosis of possible causes.

    Integration: installation, configuration and integration of Ericsson’s BSCS Billing and/or OCS Charning solutions (work with the customer on-site or from the back-office as a member of the implementation team)

    Support: Investigate technical problems, troubleshoot systems that are in operation and if requested, participate in the remedy of systems in case of critical situations.
