As a Monitoring System Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Platform Management: Own the end-to-end administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Dynatrace platform.
• Customization & Extension: Design, develop, and deploy custom Dynatrace extensions (OneAgent and/or ActiveGate) to integrate specialized systems into our observability framework.
• Advanced Configuration: Implement sophisticated monitoring configurations, including custom metrics, service flow analysis, Real User Monitoring (RUM), and Synthetic checks.
• Dashboarding & Alerting: Create insightful dashboards and configure robust alerting mechanisms to proactively identify and communicate performance bottlenecks and system health issues.
• Infrastructure Understanding: Apply a solid understanding of modern infrastructure (Linux, Windows, Networking, Cloud, Containers) to ensure comprehensive monitoring coverage.

In order for your experience to match the Monitoring System Engineer, you need to have the following

• 3+ years of professional experience in monitoring, observability, or infrastructure/DevOps engineering.
• Dynatrace Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Dynatrace, including extension development and advanced configuration (metrics, alerting, dashboards).
• Scripting Proficiency: Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience with scripting, preferably Python, Bash, or Powershell.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent in English, both writing and speaking.

• Εξοικείωση με τη διαχείριση servers, δικτυακών υποδομών και workstations
• Ικανότητα στην εγκατάσταση και παραμετροποίηση hardware και software
• Κατανόηση των βασικών αρχών security και προστασίας δεδομένων.
• Ομαδικό πνεύμα και ικανότητα επικοινωνίας για την αποτελεσματική υποστήριξη των χρηστών
