As an ERP Support Engineer, you will take over the main ERP activities and your duties will be the following:
- Analyze customers' needs and handle relevant requests

- Interact with customers to test modifications and resolve any issues that may arise
- Identify opportunities for improvement and compose development specifications
- Translate business requirements into ERP functional and configuration requirements
In order for your profile to match the ERP Support Engineer position, you need to have the following skills:
