THE GREEK LEADERSHIP CONGRESS 2012

The 23rd Annual Leadership Congress of the ACEO, titled “Leaders in Dilemma: Survival Tactics Or Strategies of Growth?”, will be held on Friday 18th & Saturday 19th May 2012 at the Grand Resort Lagonissi.

Through practical examples and reasoned argument, distinguished speakers will seek answers to questions like the following:

- How can senior managers cope with pressing dilemmas in order to steer their companies back to growth during a recession?

- How can senior managers act in the short term without losing sight of the long term?

- How can a company turn a survival crisis into an opportunity for growth?

- What are the political and administrative preconditions needed for reform to succeed?

On the 2nd day of the Conference, the conference delegates and their husbands/wifes, who are invited to take part free of charge, will listen to people who turned difficult experiences into opportunities for growth and self-healing and will discuss how the passion for life can give creative answers to life's dilemmas.
