SEPE participates as a member of the Council on Competitiveness of Greece - "CompeteGR".

The Council is a Non-Profit Civil Company with 13 founding members. Its purpose is to promote, advance, and enhance the competitiveness of Greece, support, strengthen, and improve the country's global image, as well as to strengthen existing and establish new cross-border business, investment, and other relationships.

The Council on Competitiveness of Greece (CompeteGR) was founded in 2019, following the European Directive on the establishment of Competitiveness Councils by member states. Its vision is to contribute decisively and measurably to the substantial upgrading of Greece's competitive position and that of the European Union.

The Council on Competitiveness of Greece is the authority on competitiveness issues and leads every initiative to make the Greek economy increasingly competitive, ensuring societal prosperity. Through various activities and initiatives, the Council seeks effective collaboration among different stakeholders, recognizing partnerships as the only sustainable competitive advantage for creating viable solutions. It is committed to systematic actions aimed at submitting proposals to address specific challenges in strategic sectors, enabling both businesses and the country to unlock their potential.
