The Trump administration moved to allow the offloading of liquefied petroleum gas involving Petroleos de Venezuela SA (PDVSA.UL) until September 5, provided that the gas was loaded on a vessel on or before July 7, according to a notice posted to the U.S. Treasury Department website on Monday.
